- Within 100 days
The bursary portal goes live and public.
Within 100 days. Every NG-CDF bursary application trackable by the parent on their own phone, with the full beneficiary list published.
- From quarter one
Every NG-CDF shilling published, every quarter.
From quarter one. Project, contractor, amount, completion status — online and pinned at the constituency office.
- From month one
A baraza in every ward, every month.
From month one. Sixty public barazas a year across the five wards. Open floor, no vetting of questions.
- Within 100 days
A published water audit for all five wards.
Within 100 days. Where the pipes reach, where bowsers fill the gap, what it costs to close it. Named sources, real numbers.
- Within 100 days
The first 500 streetlights mapped and costed in public.
Within 100 days. Dark corners identified with residents, priced openly, maintenance contract published alongside installation.
